PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This Unit Standard is intended for people wishing to expand their existing forwarding skills and knowledge in order to participate in the Supply Chain Management process.

Individuals who are credited with this Unit Standard will be able to integrate shippers` and receivers` operations with forwarding services, by applying logistics principles.
