    UNIT STANDARD NOTES 
    This unit standard replaces unit standard 9267, "Demonstrate knowledge of the definitions and sections 1, 8, 13 of the 14 of the OHS Act applicable to employees in air-conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation industries", Level 2, 3 credits.

    The learner does not have to repeat the laws "word for word" but only needs to demonstrate that he understands the definitions and the application of the law as it affects him in the workplace.
    Assessment may be done by means of a written test.
