This Unit Standard requires learners to be able to evaluate extraction systems. Learners credited with this Unit Standard are capable of:
  • Demonstrating knowledge pertaining to the evaluation of extraction systems.
  • Planning to measure performance of the extraction system.
  • Recording data and assessing performance of an extraction system.
  • Analysing, reporting, making appropriate recommendations and dealing with instrumentation.
