PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit standard is for people required to stabilise out of normal emergency conditions on steam driven turbo generator from a control room using binary and analoque control systems. A person credited with this unit standard can recognise, plan, implement and communicate conditions identified to be out of normal.
