This unit standard is for persons in the Manufacturing Engineering and Technology field.

A person credited with this unit standard will be able to:
  • Draw Relay Logic Circuits.
  • Construct relay logic Circuits.
  • Test Relay Logic Circuit.

    Circuit wiring is checked for compliance to design specifications. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
    Faults are identified and corrected in accordance with workplace procedures and design criteria. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    The relay circuit is tested for correct operation according to design specifications. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 4 
    Workplace, tools and equipment are cleared and cleaned in accordance with workplace procedures.
