    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 1 
    Diagnosis of faults is planned and prepared to ensure Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with organisational requirements. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
    Tools, equipment and testing devices needed to carry out the work are obtained in accordance with established procedures. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    Symptoms that may lead to the cause of the problem are identified to take a corrective action.

    Faulty components are checked against job requirements and worksite procedures. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 5 
    Components, circuit and equipment are checked as being isolated where necessary using testing procedures.

    Fault(s) is/are diagnosed in accordance with requirements without damage or distortion to the surrounding environment or services.
