PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
Promoting healthy and sensitive relationships. Persons credited with this unit standard will be able to: analyse and understand different kinds of relationships; display an understanding of inter-personal skills and display an understanding of how different value systems can influence relationships. 

LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE AND RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING 
Communication ABET level 3 in both English and Mother tongue or equivalent titled `Engage in a range of speaking and listening interactions`.
