    Recommendations and Exemplars for the design of:

    Learning / Curriculum
  • Learning should include observing other trainers conducting different training sessions (one-to-one, on-the- job, off-the-job, small group, large group).
  • The learner should familiarise him/ her self with the basic principles of training including explanation, demonstration, reviewing learner explanation, learner demonstration and feedback.
  • Potential exercise: Learner could practice on-job-training through role-plays until the learner has more experience in preparing for on-job-training sessions, providing supportive coaching and giving constructive feedback.
