PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION |
To provide the qualifying learner with the skills and knowledge for a recognised diploma combined with work experience in interior decorating. This qualification provides an exit level for integration into the work place or for self-employment. |
LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE AND RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING |
Learners who register for the qualification should have fulfilled all the existing requirements of the previous level.
Recognition of prior learning: RPL will be recognised through a process of assessment of previously obtained skills and knowledge. Learners who register for this qualification need to present a Level 5 Certificate: Interior Decorating or equivalent qualification. |
