    Specific Outcomes:

    A N6 level 5 Business Studies: Business Management graduate can:

    1. Efficiently apply learning from individual experience and theoretical fields in order to analyse and solve problems in a critical, creative and innovative manner.

    2. Demonstrate reflective competence by showing an understanding of performances, learn from actions and adapt to change.

    3. Successfully apply various managerial skills in practice. 

    ASSOCIATED ASSESSMENT CRITERIA 
    Assessment Criteria associated with Critical Cross-Field Outcomes:

    Solve problems by means of effective communication, managerial skills and effective use of modern technology.

    Assessment Criteria associated with Specific Outcomes:

    1. Relate learning from individual experience and theoretical fields in order to:
  • critically analyse problems;
  • solve complex problems creatively and innovatively.

    2. Solve problems by generating alternative solutions in a manner that displays complex conceptual understanding.

    Integrated assessment to ensure that the purpose on the qualification is achieved:
  • Assessment takes place on a continuous basis (through the 18 months) by the employer, by means of a final report in which all the required competencies of the graduate are confirmed.
  • Summative assessment is conducted through a National Examination. 

  • CRITERIA FOR THE REGISTRATION OF ASSESSORS 
    The employer, or members of staff, will be used as assessors (back-up) in a manner which acknowledges the quality management, according to the regulations regarding the issuing of National N6 Diplomas by the DoE.
