    1. Purpose of incising carcasses and organs according to statutory requirements are explained,
    2. Reason for marking carcasses and organs are explained,
    3. Motivating judgments made on carcasses and organs,
    4. Consequences of not adhering to statutory requirements are explained,
    5. Consequences of not communicating deviations with affected parties are explained,
    6. Reasons for restoring equipment are explained,
    7. Reasons for safe handling of equipment are explained.
