This unit standard is intended for all people working in the Micro-Finance environment, particularly those involved with the administrative aspects of the work in that sector.
Persons credited with this unit standard can develop the required administrative systems for Micro-Finance institutions. |

2 The elements of each system and how each system is used are described in relation to company and legal requirements 3 Resources such as staff, information technology, office space and management requirements are listed and ways of finding these resources are identified to enable the development of administrative systems in a specific Micro-Finance institution |

UNIT STANDARD ACCREDITATION AND MODERATION OPTIONS |
1. Anyone assessing a learner against this unit standard must be registered as an assessor with the relevant ETQA.
2. Moderators must be registered as assessors with the relevant ETQA. 3. Any institution offering learning that will enable achievement of this unit standard or assessing this unit standard must be accredited as a provider with the relevant ETQA. 4. Moderation of assessment will be overseen by the relevant ETQA according to the moderation guidelines in the relevant qualification and the agreed ETQA procedures. Therefore, anyone wishing to be assessed against this unit standard may apply to be assessed by any assessment agency |
