    Qualifying learners are able to:
    1. Demonstrate the ability to interpret given cost/benefit analysis documentation
    2. Prepare a time estimate for an element of work
    3. Prepare a cost estimate for an element of work
    4. Demonstrate an understanding of the affect of late delivery of an element of work

    The performance of all elements is to a standard that allows for further learning in this area.
