PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard is intended for persons working in the Labour Relations and associated fields and who have the task of operating the case management process. The person credited with this Unit Standard is able to capture and record processes of cases on the Case Management System, ensuring accurate data integrity. Learner is also able to explain the consequences and meaning of the status of cases reflected on the Case Management System
