  • Identifying the types of project/client issues that can be converted into potential sales leads
  • Understanding the correct procedures of feeding back potential sales leads to the consulting firm
  • Discussing and confirming the potential lead with the senior consultant in a capable manner

    Identify the types of project/client issues that can be converted into potential sales leads.

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 1 
    The processes used by a business as well as the problems they are experiencing with their production of goods or the provision of service are determined through interviews and compiled in tabular form. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
    The attitude of the client towards using a consulting firm and their ability to pay for the service is determined and documented into a report. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    The client's needs and problems are compared with the services offered by the company and a report written on the possibility of providing a service to assist the client

    Understand the correct procedures for feeding back potential sales leads to the consulting firm.

    Leads are presented with a clear set of indicators that provides the probability that the potential can be translated into a sale.

    A plan to follow up a potential lead is generated that specifically incorporates both timeframes and processes.
