PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The qualifying learner is capable of:
Managing multiple construction projects on more than one construction site, incorporating different construction disciplines. A person credited with this unit standard will be able to manage all aspects relating to construction projects, including Project Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality, Project Risks, Project Finances and Productivity. This unit standard will contribute to the full development of a professional community of Construction Managers. The skills, knowledge and understanding demonstrated within this unit standard are essential for social and economic transformation and upliftment within the construction environment. |
