PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard will be useful for people who manage vacancy/occupancy rates in social housing, including co-operative and rental housing. The unit standard is intended for use in a variety of qualifications that are suitable for senior management, for example, Property Managers or those involved in leasing. The primary purpose of the unit standard is for senior managers in a social housing institution to manage the risk related to vacancies/occupancy rates in their buildings.
Learners holding this unit standard will be able to develop and manage a system to monitor and manage the vacancy and occupancy rates in a social housing project optimally to minimise the related financial risk. |
