    ASSESSMENT CRITERIA     

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 1 
    The remedial action to deal with hazards and risks is conducted as soon as reasonably practicable and conforms to the statutory sequence of control and the consequences of not doing so are explained. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
    Where necessary, workers are withdrawn under circumstances identifies as posing a serious danger to health or safety. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    Tools and equipment are withdrawn from service when circumstances indicate that these are a serious danger to health or safety. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 4 
    The consequence of non-compliance in withdrawing workers, tools and equipment from service, and commencing or continuing work under circumstances that pose a serious danger to health and safety are stated.
