PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit standard is for anyone who has to collect bulk milk with a bulk milk tanker from a milk tank on the farm.

A person credited with this unit standard is able to:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of bulk milk collection from the farm.
  • Prepare for bulk milk collection.
  • Transfer bulk milk from a tank to a milk tanker.
  • Perform end of collection duties.
