The filing system and court roll formalities to be covered in this unit standard refer to: the administrative requirements of the divorce courts established in terms of the Administration Amendment Act no 9 of 1929; the administrative requirements of the maintenance courts established in terms of the Maintenance Act no 99 of 1998; the administrative requirements of the domestic violence courts established in terms of the Domestic Violence Act no 116 of 1998; and the administrative requirements of children's courts established in terms of the Child Care Act no 74 of 1983. |
