PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
Learners who are assessed as competent against this unit standard are able to; use and maintain basic hand tools, mix slurry using a concrete mixer and apply the slurry to the surface. Previously disadvantaged persons who through recognition of prior learning will be able to be accessed against this standard and receive National recognition for their competence. This will enhance their employability and career advancement and contribute to the socio-economic transformation of the country. |
