PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit standard is for people involved in preservation of a steam driven turbo generator system. A person credited with this unit standard can co-ordinate and perform the following activities: prepare the plant for preservation; monitor and sustain plant preservation conditions, prepare for recommissioning.
