    Major components and systems associated with steam generators are identified and described according to requirements. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
    Knowledge of elementary steam generator configurations is demonstrated through the interpretation of diagrams and drawings. 
    ASSESSMENT CRITERION RANGE 
    Configurations related to: Once through, drum type, superheat and re-heat steam systems.

    Purposes and functions of major components in systems are described according to requirements.

    Common activities related to steam generator operations are described according to requirements.
