PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The purpose of this unit standard will be useful to learners who are required to implement housing laws and related laws in housing development and management. Learners will be able to interpret and apply the various pieces of legislation and related legislation for housing development and management, the roles, responsibilities and functions of the various stakeholders within housing development fraternity.
