PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for people who work or seeking to work in the capacity building working environment. Learners credited with this unit standard will be able to meet capacity building challenges faced by organisations for effective service delivery by providing the necessary support in the context of operational systems, processes, policies, strategies and skills development through education and training.
