PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
Qualifying learners are capable of boarding, jointing and skimming of ceilings, while applying prescribed best practice housekeeping policies.
These skills will ensure that breakages and stoppages are kept to a minimum and equipment is used in accordance with best practice and safety procedures. This competence also advances a learner's personal expertise and employability in the construction sector and other related fields, for example, interior design and refurbishment. |
