PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
People in the field of manufacturing and engineering require the skills, values and knowledge reflected in this unit standard. The learning outcomes in this unit standard also contribute to the exit level outcomes required for various manufacturing and engineering qualifications. The learner is capable of identifying the various types of forced induction systems, components and parts to prepare and position the vehicle and to diagnose and repair forced induction system and component faults and to compile and submit a report. |
