The assessment is performed in a manner that fosters teamwork and avoids conflict, and data is continuously recorded. |

The instruments are cleaned and stored according to manufacturer's specifications. Defective instruments are marked and set aside for repair and testing. |
ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 |
Detailed reports are completed, in the required format, and submitted to designated personnel within the required time. Recommendations for follow-up assessments are noted for future reference. |
