PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit will enable learners to have an elementary understanding of the maritime and airward environment. Learners will obtain knowledge regarding the structure and features of ports as they pertain to both the maritime and airward environment. Learners will also be familiar with terminology used in both these sectors. This unit standard will enable learners to identify ships and aircraft for various purposes.
