PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for learners working at a supervisory level within the tables area of a casino. The learner will be able to maintain control of a tables area in a casino and maintain productivity, ensuring that the needs of both the company and the customer are met. The sub-field will benefit financially by the improved efficiency.
In addition, the learner will acquire the necessary skills to extend his learning and practice to a managerial level within the gaming industry.
