PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for learners working at a supervisory level within the surveillance area of a casino. It focuses on initiating, conducting and following up on investigations. This function is a key aspect of a surveillance supervisor. The sub-field will benefit by having investigation procedures run smoothly to aid in the minimising of loss of revenue and reduction of business risks to the casino.
