PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
The person credited with this Unit Standard will be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to arrive at solutions that are legally compliant in the carriage of internationally traded goods by ocean, air, surface and storage.

The qualifying learner is capable of:
  • Identifying the conditions of carriage in the end to end supply chain operation.
  • Assessing the applicability of these conditions to forwarding operations.
  • Asses the conditions of carriage in the end to end supply chain.

  • An individual wishing to be assessed (including through RPL) against this unit standard may apply to an assessment agency, assessor or provider institution accredited by the relevant ETQA.
