Learners credited with this unit standard will be capable of: Rationale: According to leading experts, many people are affected by high levels of stress or burn-out due to a stressful environment, including natural disasters, accidents, poverty, unemployment, domestic abuse and from secondary trauma of living in a violent world. The context of this unit standard refers to aspects, practices and procedures involving the promotion of living in wellness and is therefore applicable to any person suffering from stress and especially if caught in a situation of continuous stress. |
