    The importance of moving equipment is explained in terms of achieving production requirements and up- and down stream operational requirements. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    Hazards and associated risks pertaining to the moving of equipment are identified through relevant risk assessment procedures.

    The actions to be taken should hazards and risks be encountered, are explained in terms of specified requirements.
