A person credited with this unit standard is able to analyse a particular business environment and be able to operate within it. The benefit to the individual is the knowledge and ability to operate confidently and efficiently within a business environment and the benefit to the sub-field is a cadre of personnel able to operate to an industry-accepted standard.
