PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is for learners who are entering the pharmaceutical sales environment. 'Pharmaceutical' includes medicines, medical products, medical devices, scheduled substances, veterinary medicines, products and devices, in accordance with the relevant current legislation. Learners will be able to apply ethical and legal codes in their day-to-day activities.
The learner credited with this unit standard will be able to: 'Customer' refers to the recipient of the service, whether human or animal. All activities are carried out according to the current relevant codes of practice. |
