PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for persons that are required to carry out fire compliance inspections of transport, buildings, facilities and installations. Learners will be provided with knowledge and skills to be able to determine the causes of fires and be exposed to the legislation and applicable standards including by-laws that govern the industry in relation to fire safety aspects.
