PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The qualifying learner, on achieving of the outcomes of this unit standard will have acquired the necessary emotional, behavioral and cognitive coping skills required to meet the emotional, behavioural and cognitive demands of officiating in sport. This competence will enable the learner to officiate confidently in a calm, firm, fair and consistent manner, displaying professional conduct and behaviour with best operating practice.
On achievement of this unit standard the learner will understand and be competent in: On completion of this unit standard the learner should be ready to develop learning in further, more complex processes related to Technical Officiating. |
