    The process of obtaining authorization for small-scale prospecting and mining is described in terms of specified requirements.

  • Proof of legal entity.
  • Proof of financial and technical capacity.

    The specific legal requirements for small-scale prospecting and mining are listed in terms of relevant legislation.
