PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The person credited with this unit standard is able to compare performers to existing criteria and place these performers in order of merit. The learner is able to analyse and assess the performers based on experience and knowledge acquired through comparison and assimilation of techniques and practical skills of the dance form performed. The person will be able to view performances in context, providing a written unbiased result based on technique, style and musicality demonstrated as compared to others in the same event or based on a standard.
