PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
To promote national safety and security. To promote pro-active involvement in safety and security issues. Persons credited with this unit standard will be able to display an understanding of safety and security within the home; personal safety and security outside the home; road safety regulations and procedures; awareness of various forms and manifestations of abuse; community safety and security issues and skills necessary for effective environmental management. |
