Placing a merchandice order, without supervision, to ensure correct commodities, quantity, price and delivery terms. 

LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE AND RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING 
To enter a learning programme for this unit standard or to be assessed against this unit standard, the learner is assumed to have:

Literacy, numeracy and communication skills at or equivalent to NQF level 1
Attended the course on Introduction to Agri Trade or equivalent.
An understanding of supplier and customer relationships at NQF level 1
An understanding of general safety in the work place at NQF level 1
Basic computer skills at a level to be able to input and extract data to and from the relevant computer system
