The Doctorate Programme in Industrial Psychology has as its purpose the development of original thinking and the creation of new knowledge. Indepth knowledge at an advanced level of concepts and theories and the ability to contribute to these.

Integrated assessment procedures to ensure that the purpose of the qualification is achieved:

Candidates will be expected to defend their research proposals to a panel of Examiners.
To produce a thesis. 

ARTICULATION OPTIONS 
Candidates would be encouraged to obtain knowledge and understanding of philosophy of Science, Sociology and other related subjects, e.g. DCom (Business Management, Economics). 

MODERATION OPTIONS 
All theses are subjected to one internal and two external examiners.
