| PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION |
| Purpose:
Learners qualifying for this qualification should be able to independently conduct and report research into current national issues affecting the management of labour relations in the sub-region. Rationale: The qualifications is aimed at deepening the knowledge of learners and also create new knowledge from the research results. A specific need exists to address typical labour relations problems in the workplace and in society through the application of research techniques. This is in line with the research agenda of the SA Board for People Practice. Learners will be able to register as Master HR Practitioners with the Board. This qualification is intended to provide vertical articulation Management towards the Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration. |
