PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for people who work in a wholesale or retail outlet that sells foods stored in chillers and freezers. Persons credited with this unit standard will be able to display and replenish stocks in chillers and freezers ensuring the cold chain is maintained at all times and that the organisation's display and ticketing standards are met. |
