PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard is intended for elected political leaders and public sector officials involved with the service delivery activities at a top strategic level. This course integrates theoretical and analytical approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of public policies and programs. Various methods based on different evaluative criteria are employed to assess how the use of policy tools influence policy design, implementation, and evaluation.
