PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard is intended for elected political leaders and public sector officials involved with the service delivery activities. This Unit Standard will enable the learner to promote the process of development by designing and implementing a conceptual framework for developing in the public sector context. This unit standard will enable the learner to consider development policy as a process, covering the planning of an intervention and the tools for the design and management of development projects. The learner will also be able to monitor, evaluate and sustain a development project.
