PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for managers who have to arrange and manage the training of their team. These individuals do not do the actual training themselves but would manage the training process through a coach or experienced staff member.
Individuals found competent against this unit standard will be responsible for identifying the training needs of their team, deciding on the appropriate intervention but would not design the training material. They would rather source it from other internal/external resources. Individuals are responsible for ensuring that the resources are used correctly and for maintaining records for the unit. Ultimately it is their responsibility to ensure the training intervention was successfully completed. After completion of this unit standard the learner will be able to: |
