PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
Learners credited with this Unit Standard will appreciate the critical role of this competence in the glazing field. The ability to cut glass accurately and efficiently contributes significantly to the glazier's competence to perform a variety of glazing operations. It is with practice and experience that the glass cutter becomes really proficient in this activity. The learner will also acquire knowledge of the properties, types and uses of glass.
