PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
The learner must be able to maintain housekeeping supplies at the optimal level, within a safe and secure environment, and must understand how a shortage of supplies impacts negatively on providing the housekeeping service.

Deliveries of housekeeping supplies are according to the purchase specification.
